The vehicle or vehicles you asked about.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm a visit, and keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out request. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Mobile information sharing

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the messaging providers and aggregators that deliver the messages on our behalf, and those providers are contractually restricted to that purpose.

5. Service providers

We use vendors to run this program, including our messaging platform, our telecommunications carrier, and our scheduling software. They may process your information only to deliver those services to us.

6. Legal disclosure

We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or the public.

7. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We keep a permanent record of your opt-out for the sole purpose of honoring it. You may also request removal by calling (708) 350-6000 or emailing frankfortcaroutlet@gmail.com.

8. Retention

We keep inquiry and message records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, except opt-out records, which we keep indefinitely so we do not text you again.

9. Children

This program is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
